Professional Vehicle Rental Services – Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By renting a vehicle from Rehan Rent A Car, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

Renters must be 30 years or older, possess a valid CNIC of karachi address, and a valid driving license. For self-drive rentals, CNIC will be held as a security deposit for the rental period.

3. Vehicle Use

Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
Vehicles must not be used for illegal, immoral, or prohibited purposes.
Driving outside Karachi is prohibited without prior written approval.

4. Rental Period & Return

Vehicles must be returned by the agreed date and time (10:00 AM ) unless otherwise specified).
Late returns will be charged full day rent after 12:00 noon in addition to the standard rental rate.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. Any shortage will be charged at market rates.

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required at the time of rental. This deposit is held for 10 days after vehicle return to cover damages, E-Challan fines, or any additional charges. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded after clearance.

7. Accident Responsibility

Rehan Rent A Car does not provide insurance. Renters are fully responsible for any damages or accidents during the rental period. All repairs must be completed at 3S dealership authorized workshops approved by the company, and paid by the renter. Rental charges continue until the vehicle is properly returned.

8. E-Challan / Traffic Fines

Any traffic fines or E-Challan incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the security deposit. Renters are responsible for promptly clearing any fines.

9. Liability

Rehan Rent A Car is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the rented vehicle, including but not limited to:

Personal injury
Property damage
Loss of income or profits

The renter assumes full responsibility for any accidents, damages, or legal consequences during the rental period.

10. Vehicle Cleanliness

Vehicles must be returned in clean condition. Cleaning charges will apply if vehicles are returned dirty.

11. Amendments

Rehan Rent A Car reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Karachi.
